Clara is a teacher/coach of team building and office management committed to the success of others. She started and works with her husband’s thriving endodontic practice of 16 years, as well as several other general and endodontic practices around the world. She practices what she teaches. 

 

   Setting goals with purpose is the foundation of her work.

Using scripting and teaching the art of situational leadership, she creates and strengthens office teams, managers and their leaders. Clara likes showing how success is built with good communication, follow up/follow through checks, and setting good attainable goals.  

 

   Working with healthcare professionals and small businesses, Clara provides a method to measure and refine better team communications through the strengths of individuals and their preferences, allowing for growth and profitability in business. The encouragement and redirection to a better balance of effort and ease is the core team leadership vision.  It starts with happiness.
